3. Monitoring and Supervision Plan — included in the Risk Assessment. Clearly sets out your organisation’s response to identified risks and the new risk treatment requirements. There’s no need to alter your current Service Agreement. Just provide a copy of the Participant Risk Assessment to the participant and attach another to the Service Agreement.
