Susan Hawkins, Director PQplus

Susan Hawkins specialises in community sector Quality Management. She has worked with organisations across the community sector: in disability, aged care, mental health, and children in out-of-home care.

Susan has high-level policy experience in government (including developing Quality and Safeguards requirements), holds qualifications as Lead Auditor Quality Management Systems, and is an approved ASES accreditor.

With PQplus, Susan works alongside NDIS providers of all sizes and experience, helping them to solve problems and manage compliance confidently.
